Derek Carr (Wave 3)

Released as part of the Funko Pop! Football Wave 3 series, this figure depicts Derek Carr during his tenure as the starting quarterback for the Oakland Raiders. The Pop! Football line was developed by Funko to expand their sports representation, capturing prominent NFL players in the brand's signature stylized, oversized-head aesthetic. By the time this figure was issued, the Raiders were preparing for their eventual relocation to Las Vegas, making this piece a notable snapshot of the team's historic identity in Oakland.

The design follows Funko’s standard vinyl construction, featuring the player in his black and silver Raiders home uniform. These figures were created to appeal to both casual NFL fans and dedicated collectors of memorabilia. Upon release, the series was received as a standard entry in the growing ecosystem of sports collectibles, valued primarily for its accessibility and the popularity of the athletes featured in the lineup.
