Donald Duck (Firefighter) [Fall Convention]

The Firefighter Donald Duck figure was released as an exclusive for the 2017 Fall Convention. As part of the expansive Funko Pop! Disney series, it utilizes the iconic mold of Pop! number 31, which originally debuted in the early years of the Disney line. The design features Donald in his vintage-style firefighter uniform, referencing his numerous appearances in classic Disney shorts where he attempted various trades and professions.

Funko’s design team leaned into the nostalgic aesthetic that defined the early Disney Pop! collection, focusing on the character's signature silhouette while applying the specific color palette of his fire brigade attire. Like many convention exclusives from this period, the figure was created to appeal to long-term Disney collectors and completionists of the numbered Pop! Disney series. Upon its release, it was well-received by the collecting community for its thematic connection to Donald’s history in animation.
