Exoskeleton Snowball

The Exoskeleton Snowball figure was released as part of the Pop! Animation line, capturing a pivotal moment from the Rick and Morty episode Lawnmower Dog. Produced by Funko, the piece depicts the character Snowball, a household dog who gains sentience and equips himself with a mechanical suit to lead a canine revolution. This design reflects the show's dark humor and complex sci-fi themes, condensing the character's intricate, industrial-style armor into the characteristic large-headed, wide-eyed aesthetic of the Pop! vinyl series.

The design process for this figure focused on balancing the intimidating scale of Snowball’s mech-suit with the iconic, simplified proportions of the Pop! brand. The figure was released to cater to the show's dedicated fanbase during the height of the series' popularity. While the line generally received positive attention for its vast character selection, this specific entry is noted by collectors for its level of detail in the suit’s components compared to the simpler character designs found earlier in the series.
