Ezra Bridger

Ezra Bridger, the protagonist of the animated series Star Wars Rebels, was introduced in 2014 as part of Lucasfilm's effort to expand the Star Wars universe during the gap between the prequels and original trilogy. The character was designed to reflect a street-smart orphan on the planet Lothal, evolving from a self-interested survivor into a pivotal Jedi figure. The Funko Pop! iteration, numbered 696 within the Star Wars line, captures his appearance from the later seasons of the show, complete with his signature energy slingshot and lightsaber.

Funko’s design approach for this figure emphasizes the stylized, oversized-head aesthetic characteristic of the Pop! brand, focusing on Ezra’s distinctive blue hair and rugged scavenger attire. The figure was released to serve the dedicated fanbase of the Rebels series, which gained a cult following for its deep narrative connections to the broader Star Wars lore. It is generally regarded by collectors as a faithful representation of the character's maturity during the series' climactic final chapters.
