Where it came from
The 24-inch Foxy figure from the Five Nights at Freddy's Blacklight collection was produced by Funko as a jumbo-sized variant of their popular Pop! vinyl line. Released during the height of the franchise's popularity, this item was designed to capitalize on the aesthetic appeal of the Blacklight series, which reimagined the animatronic characters from the horror video game series with vibrant, neon-heavy color palettes intended to glow under ultraviolet lighting.
The design of this oversized figure follows the signature Funko aesthetic of large heads and simplified features, expanded into a substantial 24-inch scale. By transforming Foxy—a fan-favorite character known for his pirate persona—into a high-contrast purple and neon variant, Funko aimed to provide a centerpiece-style collectible for dedicated fans. The line was received as a bold departure from the standard game-accurate designs, finding a distinct niche among collectors who prioritize unique variants and display-heavy statement pieces.
