Marcus Burnett

The Marcus Burnett Funko Pop, number 870 in the Pop! Movies line, was released to coincide with the 2020 arrival of Bad Boys for Life, the third installment in the long-running action-comedy franchise. Created by Funko, the figure captures the character’s look from the film, balancing the brand's signature aesthetic with the specific sartorial choices of the cinematic lead. It serves as a commemorative piece for a series that redefined the buddy-cop genre during the 1990s and 2000s.

The design team at Funko focused on translating Marcus Burnett’s recognizable film persona into a stylized vinyl form, emphasizing his casual attire and distinct facial features. The figure belongs to a larger set featuring other central characters from the film, designed to appeal to both long-time fans of the Bad Boys franchise and those who collect figures from contemporary action cinema. It was received as a straightforward addition to the Pop! Movies category, maintaining the consistent visual language that the company uses across its extensive product lines.
