Moff Gideon

Moff Gideon, cataloged as number 380 in the Star Wars Pop! series, was released by Funko to coincide with the popularity of the Disney+ series The Mandalorian. The figure depicts the primary antagonist of the show, portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito, outfitted in his distinct Imperial armor and wielding the iconic Darksaber. It serves as part of a broader collection of vinyl figures designed to capture the likenesses of characters introduced during the show's sophomore season.

The design follows Funko's signature aesthetic, characterized by a large, stylized head and simplified proportions while retaining specific costume details like the character's signature cape and officer's uniform. As with the wider Pop! Star Wars line, the figure was created to appeal to both casual fans and long-term franchise collectors. Its release was met with standard reception for the series, serving as a staple collectible for those documenting the expansion of the Star Wars narrative through the lens of episodic streaming media.
