Phoenix Ikki

Phoenix Ikki, identified as number 810 in the Pop! Animation line, is a vinyl figure based on the central character from the long-running Saint Seiya manga and anime series. Originally created by Masami Kurumada in the mid-1980s, the series follows young warriors known as Saints who protect the goddess Athena. The character of Ikki is distinct for his stoic, solitary nature and his mastery of the Phoenix Cloth, a legendary armor associated with resurrection and fire.

The figure reflects the design aesthetic of the Funko Pop! series, featuring the characteristic oversized head and simplified facial features that define the line. It captures Ikki in his iconic Bronze Saint armor, complete with the avian motifs and vibrant colors emblematic of the character's appearance in the anime adaptation. Upon its release, the figure was welcomed by collectors as a faithful representation of a cult-classic character that had previously seen limited merchandise representation in the Western market.
