Rapunzel & Pascal

Released as part of the Funko Pop! Disney series, this figure numbered 147 depicts the protagonist Rapunzel alongside her chameleon companion, Pascal. It was created to celebrate the 2010 film Tangled, which marked a significant milestone for Disney as one of their first computer-animated takes on a classic fairy tale. The design captures the character's signature floor-length golden hair and her inquisitive expression, reflecting the aesthetic sensibilities of Funko's stylized, oversized-head aesthetic that gained widespread popularity in the early 2010s.

The figure's design team focused on translating the whimsical charm of Byron Howard and Nathan Greno's animation into a compact vinyl form. While Pascal is often rendered as a minor accessory in various merchandise lines, this specific iteration integrates him directly into the sculpt to emphasize the inseparable bond between the two characters. Upon release, the figure was well-received by collectors for its attention to detail regarding Rapunzel's iconic dress and the playful inclusion of her loyal friend, securing its place as a staple piece for Disney animation enthusiasts.
