Spider-Man (Negative Suit) (Glow in the Dark)

The Spider-Man Negative Suit Pop! figure, numbered 469 within the Games series, was released to commemorate the appearance of the suit in the 2018 Insomniac Games title, Marvel's Spider-Man. The Negative Suit is a striking aesthetic variant of the classic costume, inspired by the character's encounter with the Negative Zone, characterized by its inverted black, white, and neon-blue color scheme. This specific iteration features a glow-in-the-dark finish, a popular variation designed to highlight the high-contrast negative color palette of the digital in-game suit.

Funko’s design team developed this figure to capture the stylized, high-contrast look of the game’s unlockable content. By utilizing glow-in-the-dark materials, the manufacturer sought to replicate the luminescent quality of the suit’s blue webbing and spider emblem as seen when the character navigates the game's darker environments. The release was well-received by collectors and fans of the game, as it offered a distinct visual departure from traditional Spider-Man merchandise while maintaining the signature Pop! aesthetic.
