Sulley (Waving) (Flocked)

Released as part of the Funko Pop! Disney series, this Sulley figure depicts the iconic character from the 2001 Pixar film Monsters, Inc. The piece was produced as a specialty variant, utilizing a flocked texture—a signature Funko design choice intended to simulate the character's soft, fur-covered appearance. This version captures the gentle giant in a waving pose, reflecting the character's evolution from a professional scarer to a nurturing figure within the film's narrative.

The design draws directly from the classic aesthetic of the Pop! line, featuring the oversized head, simplified facial features, and button eyes that define the brand. Funko’s move to use flocking on this particular model was a deliberate attempt to add tactile depth to the collectible, appealing to fans who appreciate materials that mirror the onscreen texture of the Monsters, Inc. inhabitants. The figure was generally well-received by collectors for its unique finish and its faithful, if stylized, representation of Sulley's warm personality.
