Where it came from
Released as part of the Pop! Rides line by Funko, this figure captures the iconic 1963 Cadillac Series 62 convertible driven by Tony Montana in the 1983 crime film Scarface. The collectible was produced to celebrate the film's lasting cultural legacy, positioning the vehicle as a key symbol of the character's rise to power and his eventual downfall in Miami.
The design team at Funko focused on incorporating the distinctive aesthetic of the film, highlighting the white upholstery and sleek lines of the Cadillac. As the third entry in the Pop! Rides series, it followed a design language intended to merge Funko’s signature stylized aesthetic with the grittier, hyper-masculine tone of Brian De Palma's cinema, garnering attention among film buffs and collectors of pop culture memorabilia for its faithful representation of a cinematic icon.
