Wedge Antilles with Snow Speeder

Wedge Antilles with Snow Speeder number 219 is part of the Star Wars Pop! Rides series by Funko, released to commemorate the iconic vehicles of the Rebel Alliance. The figure depicts the veteran pilot in his orange flight suit alongside the T-47 airspeeder, a design that pays homage to the Battle of Hoth as seen in The Empire Strikes Back. Funko developed this line to bridge the gap between their standard vinyl figures and larger-scale collectibles, focusing on the dynamic pairing of pilots with their signature craft.

The design emphasizes the distinct, simplified aesthetic characteristic of the Pop! line, featuring the oversized head and stylized features that define the brand. By including Wedge, a fan-favorite character known for his role in both Death Star assaults, Funko catered to long-time Star Wars enthusiasts who value secondary characters. The item was received as a detailed display piece that reflects the technical design of the original cinematic models while maintaining the recognizable, uniform look of the broader Funko collection.
