Wonder Woman (Bombshells) (Holiday)

The DC Bombshells line originated as a series of variant comic book covers illustrated by Ant Lucia in 2013, which reimagined DC Comics' female heroes and villains through the aesthetic lens of 1940s pin-up art. The popularity of these illustrations led to a comprehensive expansion into statues and merchandise, capturing a distinct retro-glamour style that emphasizes vintage fashion, classic aviation influences, and a whimsical take on golden-age iconography.

This specific Funko Pop release, numbered 167, adapts the Bombshells version of Wonder Woman for a seasonal context. The figure retains the design cues of the standard Bombshells Wonder Woman—characterized by her high-waisted shorts, boots, and 1940s-inspired hair—but updates her accessories to feature holiday-themed elements. It was produced as part of the broader Pop! Heroes line to provide collectors with a thematic variant that bridges the gap between mid-century pop culture aesthetics and contemporary vinyl toy trends.
