BrickJournal Issue 67

BrickJournal is a long-running hobbyist magazine focused on the adult fan of LEGO community, founded by Joe Meno in 2005. Issue 67 was published as part of the magazine’s ongoing mission to document fan-built creations, professional designs, and industry news. By this point in the publication's history, the editorial focus had shifted toward high-resolution showcases of complex MOCs (My Own Creations) and interviews with prominent community builders, aiming to bridge the gap between casual hobbyists and professional design artists.

The issue features a specific focus on the aesthetic evolution of brick-built landscapes, a recurring theme in the publication’s efforts to elevate the perception of building as an art form. The cover art and interior features reflect a deliberate commitment to clean, minimalist photography styles that contrast with the chaotic complexity often associated with childhood play. Like other issues in the series, it was received primarily as a niche reference guide for enthusiast collectors who value the technical documentation of custom building techniques.
