Following a decade of the original core cast, this set introduced a new, diverse generation of characters, focusing on creative hobbies and communal activities. The structure itself is modular, allowing builders to rearrange the floors to simulate various environments like an art studio, music room, or rooftop garden, mirroring the theme's shift toward multi-generational storytelling and social collaboration.

The design emphasizes accessibility and modular play, featuring a vibrant aesthetic that aligns with LEGO's commitment to contemporary urban architecture.
