Jabba's Sail Barge

Released in 2013 as part of the LEGO Star Wars theme, the set 75020 recreates Jabba the Hutt’s Khetanna, the iconic vessel featured in the opening act of Return of the Jedi. The design was produced to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the film's release, offering a modern iteration of the barge that had not appeared in LEGO form since the 2006 version. It was engineered to capture the distinct architectural curves of the barge while integrating play features such as folding side panels, a retractable gangplank, and a flick-missile firing mechanism concealed within the hull.

The set was designed by LEGO staff to balance display accuracy with functional playability, incorporating a detailed interior cabin and a prison cell for the figures.
