Where it came from
The LEGO 90th Anniversary Tote Bag, cataloged as 5007545-1, was released in 2022 to commemorate the company's nine-decade milestone. It was primarily distributed as a promotional item during the peak of the anniversary celebrations, which honored LEGO's evolution from a small woodworking shop in Billund to a global leader in play. The bag served as a functional piece of commemorative merchandise designed to reflect the brand's enduring presence in the lives of generations of builders.
The design aesthetic centers on a clean, minimalist approach, featuring the official 90th-anniversary logo prominently displayed on a durable canvas material. By emphasizing the iconic brand mark and a classic color palette, the designers aimed to create a versatile item that would appeal to long-time adult fans of LEGO. It was received by the community as a thoughtful, practical collectible that bridged the gap between modern branding and the heritage of the LEGO System in Play.
