LEGO Minifigures - Series 28 - Complete

LEGO Minifigures Series 28, designated by the set number 71051-13, continues the long-standing tradition of blind-bagged collectible characters that first debuted in 2010. This series is part of a broader, enduring initiative by the LEGO Group to provide fans with unique, highly detailed character designs that fall outside the scope of traditional building sets. These figures are produced to capture diverse archetypes and imaginative personas, frequently showcasing advanced printing techniques on torsos, legs, and specialized accessories that distinguish them from standard minifigures found in larger retail boxes.

The design process for each series involves an iterative collaboration between the LEGO graphics department and character designers who aim to inject personality into the limited real estate of a small plastic figurine. Upon their release, these series are generally received as essential hunting grounds for custom builders and completionists alike. Series 28 maintains this trend, reflecting the company's commitment to rotating themes and creative character development that keeps the collectible market engaged with new, non-licensed designs.
