Where it came from
The Mythical Pegasus set, released in 2024 as part of the Lego Creator 3-in-1 line, continues the theme's tradition of offering multiple builds from a single collection of bricks. This set was designed to capture the grace of Greek mythology, providing the pieces necessary to construct a winged pegasus, a diorama with a baby dragon, or a bird. The design focus emphasizes articulation, allowing the model to be posed in various lifelike positions.
This release fits within the Creator 3-in-1 ecosystem, which aims to provide versatile building experiences for a wide age range. The set was met with positive reception from the enthusiast community, who frequently highlight its vibrant color palette and the structural cleverness required to achieve the curved, organic shapes of the mythical creature. It serves as a modern example of how small-scale sets can utilize specialized hinge elements to achieve complex character design.
