Where it came from
The Temple of Celebrations (4002021) was released in 2021 as a promotional LEGO set exclusive to employees. Designed as an internal holiday gift to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Ninjago theme, the set was never made available for public retail purchase. It was produced to celebrate the franchise’s decade-long evolution, serving as a token of appreciation for those who contributed to the brand’s sustained success.
The design of the set draws inspiration from traditional Asian architectural motifs, reflecting the aesthetic foundations of the Ninjago universe. It incorporates modular, buildable sections that include display stands for minifigures and various thematic accessories. Because it was distributed solely within the company, it is regarded by collectors as a rare commemorative piece that captures the spirit of the Ninjago legacy during a milestone year.
