Winter Toy Shop

The Winter Toy Shop, released in 2015 as part of the Lego Creator Expert Winter Village series, serves as a re-release of the original 2009 set. It was designed to capture the nostalgic essence of a classic holiday village, featuring intricate architectural details such as a brick-built toy stall, a Christmas tree, and a miniature train set. The design process focused on evoking a sense of seasonal wonder through its cozy aesthetic and seasonal color palette, aimed at adult builders and families looking to expand their festive displays.

Upon its release, the set was well-received by the Lego community for its charm and the level of detail packed into a relatively compact footprint. It maintains the tradition of the Winter Village collection, which has become a staple for holiday collectors. By updating elements of the 2009 iteration while preserving the beloved original structure, the designers successfully balanced legacy appeal with modern building techniques, cementing its status as an iconic piece of seasonal decor.
