Cradle to Grave

Cradle to Grave was released in 2007 as part of the Planar Chaos set, the second expansion in the Time Spiral block for the Magic: The Gathering trading card game. The set explored an alternate reality where the history of the game's multiverse had diverged, allowing for 'shifted' versions of familiar mechanics and color identities. This card, a black instant that destroys a non-black creature, serves as a functional color-shifted homage to the white card Condemn, reflecting the block's core design philosophy of reinterpreting classic effects through the lens of different colors.
