Daniel Zink Decklist

The 2003 World Championship Decks were released by Wizards of the Coast as a way for players to experience the top-tier strategies of professional Magic: The Gathering. These decks were exact replicas of the 60-card main decks used by the finalists of the 2003 World Championship in Berlin, Germany. The cards were printed with a distinct gold border and a unique back design to prevent them from being used in official sanctioned tournament play, serving primarily as educational tools and collectibles for fans of the game's competitive circuit.

Daniel Zink’s deck, titled 'Zink's Zoo,' showcased a highly aggressive Red-Green-White archetype that utilized efficient creature cards and burn spells to overwhelm opponents. The design philosophy of the deck focused on tempo and board control, reflecting the specific metagame landscape of the 2003 competitive season. While the cards themselves were illustrated by various artists who contributed to the Magic: The Gathering base sets, the deck list was curated by Zink himself, and its inclusion in this product line was received as a standard commemorative offering for the tournament's top performers.
