Halimar Depths was originally released in the Worldwake expansion in 2010 and later reprinted as part of the 2014 Duel Decks: Jace vs. Vraska set. The card represents a location on the plane of Zendikar, a world defined by its volatile landscape and ancient, dormant power. This iteration features art by Cliff Childs, who aimed to capture the ethereal, underwater nature of the submerged ruins of Halimar through a cool, bioluminescent color palette.

The card functions as a utility land that provides deck manipulation by allowing the player to look at the top three cards of their library.
