Jeska's Will

Jeska's Will was introduced in the 2020 Magic: The Gathering set Commander Legends, a set specifically designed to bridge the gap between traditional draft play and the popular Commander format. The card draws its name and thematic inspiration from Jeska, a pivotal character from the Multiverse’s history who ascended to become one of the most powerful planeswalkers, known as Phage the Untouchable and later Karona. Its design reflects this lore by offering the player a choice between two powerful red-mana effects, mirroring her chaotic and transformative role in the narrative.

The artwork for the card was created by artist Fajarengga, who sought to capture Jeska’s volatile energy through a striking, high-contrast visual style.
