The artwork for this version was commissioned from Alayna Danner, who was tasked with reimagining the iconic Zendikar landscape with a more expansive, panoramic visual style. Danner’s approach focused on the moody, atmospheric qualities of the wetland environment, utilizing a lush and painterly aesthetic to emphasize the natural isolation of the terrain.
