Prowess of the Fair

Prowess of the Fair was released in 2007 as part of the Lorwyn expansion for Magic: The Gathering. The set introduced a folklore-inspired aesthetic rooted in Celtic mythology, moving away from the high-fantasy tropes of previous sets to focus on tribes such as elves, giants, and faeries. This specific card serves as a mechanical reinforcement for the black-aligned elf archetype, rewarding the player with tokens whenever their elf creatures are removed from the battlefield.
