Queza, Augur of Agonies was released as part of the Art Series for the Streets of New Capenna set, published by Wizards of the Coast in 2022. This series features high-quality, borderless prints of the game's card illustrations, designed to showcase the work of individual artists without the overlaid text of standard gameplay cards. The set focuses on a 1920s-inspired, noir-steampunk metropolis, with the artwork reflecting the corruption and opulence central to the expansion's narrative.

The illustration for Queza was created by artist Fajareka Setiawan. Setiawan intended to capture the character's role as a mysterious, manipulative leader within the Obscura, one of the five crime families of New Capenna. The design employs a striking color palette of purples and golds, emphasizing a sense of eerie, supernatural authority. Upon its release, the card art was well-regarded for its intricate detail and successful integration of the set's signature Art Deco aesthetic.
