This cycle of lands served as a staple budget-friendly option for players navigating the complexities of multi-colored mana bases in the Commander format.

The card features artwork by Eytan Zana, whose illustration depicts a desolate, parched landscape consistent with the grim aesthetic of the Tarkir plane.
