Sierra, Nuka's Biggest Fan

This card was released in 2024 as part of the Magic: The Gathering Fallout Commander set, which brought characters from the post-apocalyptic role-playing franchise into the tabletop gaming space. The card depicts Sierra Petrovita, a recurring non-player character introduced in the 2008 title Fallout 3, who is defined by her obsessive and encyclopedic knowledge of the in-game Nuka-Cola brand. Her inclusion in the set reflects the collaborative effort between Wizards of the Coast and Bethesda Softworks to integrate the franchise's unique aesthetic and lore-heavy character roster into the card game's established mechanical systems.

The art features Sierra in her signature Nuka-Cola themed attire, designed to evoke the retro-futuristic aesthetic of the Fallout universe. The illustration focuses on her vibrant personality and dedication to the wasteland’s most iconic beverage. Within the game, the card functions as an engine for the Junk token mechanic, mirroring the character's propensity for scavenging and collecting items. The set was generally well-received by fans of both games for its faithful representation of Fallout's tone, effectively translating the bleak humor and scavenger-based survival gameplay of the source material into a collectible format.
