Silver Drake

The Silver Drake card, designated as collector number 2000-2, was issued as part of the Media and Collaboration Promos set. These cards were primarily produced as promotional tie-ins for various industry partnerships, intended to be distributed at specific events or via licensed publications during the turn of the millennium. The design leans into the high-fantasy aesthetic prevalent in trading card games of that era, utilizing metallic foiling techniques to denote its rarity and distinct status within the broader promotional collection.

While the specific illustrator is not widely credited in standard database records, the visual style aligns with the dramatic, ink-heavy fantasy art popularized in late 1990s gaming media. The piece was received by collectors as a niche curiosity, often sought after for its limited distribution window rather than mechanical utility. Its scarcity is tied largely to the ephemeral nature of the promotional campaigns that supported its release, making it a point of interest for completist collectors of the Media and Collaboration series.
