Skybeast Tracker // Skybeast Tracker

The Skybeast Tracker art card is part of the Wilds of Eldraine Art Series, a subset released by Wizards of the Coast in September 2023. These cards are designed as collectible representations of the digital illustrations created for the main expansion set, intended to showcase the detailed world-building and aesthetic of the fantasy plane of Eldraine. They are distributed in specific booster packs to allow collectors to appreciate the artwork without the functional gameplay text found on standard cards.

The illustration itself features a Skybeast Tracker, a creature conceptualized to fit the whimsical yet perilous high-fantasy theme of Eldraine's wilderness. The art style emphasizes the vibrant, painterly techniques characteristic of the set's visual direction, aiming to evoke a sense of fairy-tale adventure. Like other entries in the Art Series, this piece was met with appreciation from collectors who value the opportunity to view the expanded, full-bleed artwork that is often cropped or obscured on standard playing cards.
