Where it came from
Thrumming Stone was released in 2006 as part of the Coldsnap expansion for Magic: The Gathering. The set was designed to complete the Ice Age block, utilizing a retro-inspired design philosophy that drew heavily on mechanics and aesthetics from the mid-1990s.
