Provenance

Where it came from

The Tifa Lockhart card from the 2025 MagicFest collection represents a crossover between the iconic Final Fantasy VII franchise and the collectible card format. Produced to celebrate the aesthetic legacy of the character, the design draws heavily upon her classic appearance, aiming to bridge the gap between video game iconography and traditional trading card artistry.

The visual direction for this piece was curated to evoke a sense of high-fantasy action, utilizing a dynamic composition that highlights the character's martial background. Upon release, the card was received primarily by fans of the series and card collectors alike as a commemorative tribute, garnering attention for its integration of established game character design into a modern card layout.
