Akuyaku Reijou Mitai ni Danzaisaresou Datta Kedo, Zenryoku de Aisaretemasu!: Fukou na Unmei ni "Zamaa" shimasu wa! Anthology Comic

This anthology comic emerged from the surging popularity of the 'villainess' subgenre within Japanese light novels and manga, which gained significant traction in the late 2010s. Published as part of the Akuyaku Reijou Mitai ni Danzaisaresou Datta Kedo, Zenryoku de Aisaretemasu! series, this volume compiles various short stories centered on the common trope of protagonists who, having been reincarnated into a game or novel setting as an antagonist, successfully subvert their tragic fates to find happiness and love.

The volume features the creative work of multiple contributors, including Sakurada Rin, who are known for navigating the tropes of the genre with a focus on 'zamaa' or 'comeuppance' themes. The design and narrative approach were crafted to appeal to readers who enjoy the cathartic satisfaction of characters overcoming hostile social structures and unfair predicaments. The anthology was well-received by the dedicated audience of the Isekai manga market, contributing to the broader commercial expansion of the villainess narrative framework.
