Arknights: Prelude Suite: Old Wounds

Arknights: Prelude Suite: Old Wounds is a volume from the official art and lore publication series associated with the Arknights franchise, a tactical role-playing game developed by Hypergryph. This series serves as a companion collection, designed to expand upon the complex geopolitical tensions and character backstories that define the world of Terra. The volume was created to offer players a deeper look into the visual aesthetic and narrative themes of the game, focusing on the history of its central organizations.

The publication was produced internally by the Hypergryph creative team, emphasizing the studio's distinctive post-apocalyptic industrial aesthetic. The design prioritizes high-fidelity illustrations and atmospheric world-building details that align with the game's grim, tactical tone. Upon its release, it was well-received by the dedicated player base as a significant piece of expanded media, valued primarily for its role in clarifying the game's intricate timeline and the emotional weight of its core character arcs.
