Final Fantasy XII - Day Tripper (Doujinshi)

Final Fantasy XII - Day Tripper is a doujinshi work produced by the artist Azuki-2Goh, a creator active within the Japanese independent publishing circuit. Doujinshi culture centers on fan-created manga that explores the worlds and characters of established franchises, and this particular title emerged from the vibrant community surrounding the 2006 release of Square Enix's Final Fantasy XII. These works are typically distributed at specialized events like Comiket, serving as an unofficial creative dialogue between fans and the source material.

The design and thematic approach of Azuki-2Goh in this work reflect the aesthetic sensibilities common to character-driven fan fiction of the mid-2000s, often focusing on interpersonal dynamics and lighthearted scenarios involving the game's protagonists. Like much of the broader doujinshi landscape, the publication was produced in limited quantities for a niche audience of dedicated collectors. It stands as a representative example of the grassroots fan art movement that sought to expand upon the lore of Ivalice through unofficial, self-published media.
