La Scuola Classica di Cremona annuario del R. Liceo-ginnasio "Daniele Manin"

The annuario of the R. Liceo-ginnasio Daniele Manin represents a long-standing tradition of academic chronicling in Cremona, Italy. These volumes were historically published to document the pedagogical activities, faculty rosters, student achievements, and the rigorous classical curriculum of the institute. Serving as both an administrative record and a commemorative publication, these books provide a window into the intellectual life of one of Italy’s historic secondary schools during the early to mid-twentieth century.

The design of these annuals reflects the austere, formal aesthetic typical of Italian academic publishing of the era. The production was overseen by the school administration, often featuring typography and binding styles consistent with institutional archives. These volumes were primarily intended for faculty, alumni, and local archives, valued today as significant primary source material for researchers interested in the history of the Italian school system and the cultural landscape of the Lombardy region.
