Miro In Memory

Miro In Memory is a poignant volume that emerged from the independent webtoon landscape, serving as a dedicated compilation of Yui Soo's illustrative work. The collection was curated to capture the ephemeral and melancholic aesthetic that defined the artist's digital presence, offering fans a tangible archive of characters and narratives that initially gained traction through online serialization. It reflects a specific era of digital storytelling where artists transitioned from web-based platforms to physical print media to provide high-quality, long-form tributes to their original creations.

The design of the volume centers on a minimalist, atmospheric approach that mirrors the themes of remembrance suggested by the title. Yui Soo sought to emphasize emotive line work and soft color palettes, aiming to evoke a sense of quiet nostalgia in the reader. Upon its release, the volume was well-received by the webtoon community, praised for its careful curation and the transition of digital artistry into a coherent, tactile format that invites deep, sustained engagement rather than the rapid scrolling typical of its origin medium.
