Brannew

Brannew, a high-ranking officer in the Marine Headquarters, was introduced in the One Piece Card Game as part of the third expansion set, Pillars of Strength. This card depicts the character in his official capacity, serving as a strategic utility piece that allows players to search their deck for Navy-related cards. The design reflects his role as the primary intelligence officer for the World Government, emphasizing his importance in organizing and mobilizing naval forces within the game's mechanics.

The character illustration stays true to the aesthetic established by Eiichiro Oda in the original manga, capturing Brannew’s distinct appearance and professional demeanor. As part of the PRB-01 'The Best' collection, this version of the card functions as a reprint aimed at both competitive players and collectors who value the high-utility nature of the original OP03-089 print. It is widely recognized in the meta for its consistency, cementing its status as a staple for any player building a deck centered around the Navy archetype.
