Brook

The ST21-012 Brook card is part of the Starter Deck 21 EX Gear 5 set for the One Piece Card Game. Released as part of the broader expansion surrounding the climax of the Wano Country Arc, this deck was designed to provide players with accessible, ready-to-play strategies featuring the Straw Hat Pirates in their most powerful forms. The card features Brook, the musician of the crew, integrated into the mechanical focus of the set which emphasizes high-level character synergy and the unique Gear 5 aesthetic popularized in the series' recent animation.

The design of this card aligns with the stylized, vibrant art direction characteristic of the One Piece trading card line, emphasizing dynamic action poses and thematic consistency with the Gear 5 narrative arc. While individual illustrators for specific cards in the set are often credited to the game’s collaborative studio teams rather than a single famous artist, the visual identity of ST21-012 is intended to capture Brook's signature combination of elegance and supernatural power. Within the competitive community, the card is recognized for its utility within the Starter Deck’s specific color archetype, serving as a functional piece for players building out their deck rotations.
