Capone"Gang"Bege (Alternate Art)

Capone "Gang" Bege, as depicted in the OP11-101 alternate art card from the One Piece Card Game's A Fist of Divine Speed set, serves as a representation of the ruthless Fire Tank Pirates captain. The card draws its aesthetic from the character's post-time-skip appearance in the One Piece manga and anime, specifically highlighting his strategic, mobster-inspired leadership style and his signature Castle-Castle Fruit abilities. This particular iteration was released as part of the game's ongoing effort to expand the tactical depth of the game by emphasizing characters with complex defensive or support mechanics.

The alternate art design reflects the high-production aesthetic consistent with the One Piece Card Game’s collector-focused releases, often prioritizing stylized, dramatic illustrations over standard card frame formats. These alternate versions are created to provide players and collectors with visually distinct renderings of iconic antagonists. The card’s design was received as a functional addition to the game's meta, prized by players for its synergy with other black-color archetypes that rely on character removal and defensive control.
