Charlotte Flampe

Charlotte Flampe debuted in the One Piece Trading Card Game as part of the Starter Deck: Big Mom Pirates (ST-07), released in 2023. This set was designed to introduce the mechanics and thematic elements of the Big Mom Pirates, a major antagonist group led by the Yonko Charlotte Linlin, into the competitive landscape of the game. The card draws directly from the Whole Cake Island arc of the series, reflecting Flampe's role as the leader of the Charlotte Family's clandestine fan club and her opportunistic tactical interference during high-stakes battles.

The character design captures the manga's distinct visual style, emphasizing Flampe's complex personality and signature appearance. In the context of the game, the card features an ability that allows players to draw cards at the cost of life, a mechanic that mirrors the high-risk, high-reward nature of the Big Mom Pirates' playstyle. Its reception among players has been focused on its utility within the yellow color archetype, as the card provides consistent hand management that is essential for the strategic depth of the Big Mom faction.
