Charlotte Oven

The Charlotte Oven card was released in 2024 as part of the Two Legends expansion set for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to celebrate iconic rivalries and characters from the series, with character cards like Oven being crafted to represent specific strategic archetypes within the game’s color-coded deck system. As an illustration of the fourth son of the Charlotte Family, the card emphasizes his role as a persistent antagonist, utilizing the game’s signature art style that blends dynamic action with the distinctive aesthetic established by Eiichiro Oda.

The design of the card focuses on capturing Oven’s ability to manipulate heat, a visual theme consistent with his portrayal in the Whole Cake Island arc. The artwork was commissioned to integrate seamlessly with the mechanics of the set, which focuses on providing players with versatile support units that can manipulate the board state. Upon its release, it was well-received by players for its utility in red-purple decks, serving as a reliable mid-game character that reflects the tactical complexity of the game's competitive meta-environment.
