Charlotte Perospero

Charlotte Perospero (OP03-113) was released as part of the Pillars of Strength set in the One Piece Card Game, debuting during the height of the game's initial expansion phase. Designed to represent the eldest son of the Charlotte Family from the Whole Cake Island arc, the card depicts the character using his Candy-Candy Fruit abilities. The aesthetic adheres to the series' high-energy art style, focusing on the character's signature eccentric appearance and manipulative role in the narrative.

Mechanically, this character card was designed to support the Big Mom Pirates archetype, emphasizing the resource management and life-point manipulation themes prevalent in the set's yellow-color deck strategies. Upon its release, it became a staple in competitive play for its ability to grant card advantage and manipulate the board state, reflecting the character's strategic cunning in the source material. Its reception among players has been consistently strong, valued primarily for its tactical utility rather than purely decorative rarity.
