Crocodile (Online Regional 2023) [Finalist]

The Crocodile OP02-053 card originated as a highly sought-after promotional item for the One Piece Card Game, specifically issued for the 2023 Online Regional tournament circuit. Designed to commemorate competitive play, this iteration serves as a refined, gold-stamped variant of the base character card found in the Paramount War expansion set. The artwork captures the imposing presence of the former Warlord of the Sea, utilizing the game's signature high-contrast aesthetic to appeal to both competitive players and fans of the long-running manga series.

The design of this finalist promotional card emphasizes the exclusivity typical of organized play rewards, featuring distinct foil texturing that differentiates it from standard pack-pulled versions. It was produced to reward top-performing players during the high-stakes 2023 season, cementing its status as a tangible piece of the game's competitive history. Upon its release, the card was received with significant interest within the trading card game community, largely due to Crocodile's enduring popularity and the strictly limited distribution methods tied to these specific regional events.
