Curly.Dadan

Curly Dadan, a prominent character from Eiichiro Oda's One Piece, was featured as part of the ST13-006 card in the 'The Three Brothers' starter deck released by Bandai in 2024. This deck was specifically designed to celebrate the deep bond between Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, centering on the mentor and parental figures who shaped their childhoods in Mount Colubo. The inclusion of Dadan highlights her role as the reluctant but deeply caring foster mother to the brothers, emphasizing the series' themes of chosen family and emotional resilience.

The design of the card utilizes the distinctive high-contrast, dynamic art style common to the One Piece Card Game, aiming to capture Dadan’s gruff exterior and underlying warmth. As part of a starter deck, the card was intended to be highly accessible for new players while providing a thematic anchor for decks focused on the brothers' backstories. It has been well-received by fans of the series for its narrative significance and its ability to represent the 'Mountain Bandits' archetype within the game's mechanics.
