Emporio.Ivankov

Emporio Ivankov was released in 2024 as part of the ST-12 Starter Deck, titled Zoro & Sanji, for the One Piece Card Game. This deck was designed to highlight key moments and character dynamics from the Impel Down and post-Enies Lobby arcs, focusing on the strategic synergy between the Straw Hat crew and their prominent allies. The card features Ivankov, the Queen of the Kamabakka Kingdom, depicted in a style consistent with the game’s established visual language, which prioritizes high-energy, dynamic character art that reflects the chaotic and heroic nature of the source material.

The mechanical design of this character card emphasizes Ivankov's role as a powerful support unit, aligning with the player's ability to manipulate board states through the game's unique color-coded strategy system. As part of a starter deck, the card was intended to be accessible to newer players while offering utility to experienced competitors who prioritize thematic consistency and specific deck-building mechanics. Upon release, it was well-received for its balanced utility in Purple-based deck archetypes, serving as a staple inclusion for those looking to leverage cost-reduction or hand-cycling tactics.
