Giovanni

Giovanni, the iconic leader of the Team Rocket organization, appears as a character card in the One Piece Card Game's eighth main booster set, Two Legends (OP-08). Released as part of an expansion that focuses on the dynamics between notable mentors and their successors, this card serves as a thematic bridge between the game's evolving mechanics and the rich history of the source material. The illustration captures the character's signature stoicism and authoritative presence, consistent with the high-production art style characteristic of the set's contribution to the overarching meta.
